2 cups skim milk or 1% milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 cups freshly brewed and strong coffee
1. Place milk in 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on 100% power (high)
until hot, about 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
2. Place hot milk and sugar in blender container. For about one minute
cover it with a vented lid and blend until frothy.
3. To serve, divide coffee among 4 cups. Top each with frothy milk.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or grated chocolate, if desired. Make 4
servings.

Prepare Basic Hot Chocolate - Method
3-ounces light rum
1 ounce coconut rum
Juice of 1/2 lime
3/4 cup chopped ripe papaya
1 teaspoon superfine sugar, or to taste
1-cup ice cubes
2 slices star fruit, for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients except the ice cubes and star fruit in a
blender and process until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again. Pour
into chilled margarita or cocktail glasses and garnish with the star fruit.
Prepare Basic Hot Chocolate and Serve immediately.
