Fat and oil Free Recipes-Fat Free Recipes:

2 tbsp shelled and deveined prawns.
2 tbsp diced chicken.
8 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
200 gm cooked rice. 2 eggs, beaten.

Salt and pepper to taste.
½ tsp monosodium glutamate.
4 tbsp cooked peas, 2 tbsp grated carrot.
100 gm spring onion, chopped.
4 cubes cheese, grated (optional)
½ tsp finaly chopped green chilli (optional).
Extra cooked peas and fresh coriander for garnishing.

Fat and oil Free Recipes, Cook the prawns and chicken with 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

The sauce should dry up as the chicken cooks.
Mix all the ingredients together, except half the
Cheese and garnishings.
Place in a baking dish, level surface. Top with
the remaining cheese.
Bake in pre-heated 150°C /300°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot.
