How to cook Oat Muffin Recipe? - Recipe for Oat Muffin

2½ cups oat bran.
1tbsp baking powder.
½ cup raisins.
1 tsp cinnamon powder.
1¼ cup milk.
2 egg whites.
¼ cup brown sugar.
2 tbsp golden syrup.
1 very ripe banana, mashed.

Mix together the oat bran, baking powder,
Raisin and cinnamon powder.
In another bowl, blend together the milk,
egg whites, brown sugar and golden syrup.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together;
Finally fold in the mashed bananas.
Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper cups.
Fill almost to the top; these don’t rise much.
Bake at 425°F/210°C for 13-15 minutes.
