calories. 7 grams carbohtydrates, 2 grams proteins and no fat.
100 grams cereals for providing the much need fibre to the body. They
contain 350 grams calories,75 grams carbohydrates, 10 grams proteins and
no fat.
60 grams pulses. These provide the much needed fibre to the body. The
contain 210 calories, 39 grams carbohydrates and 12 grams proteins. No
fat. Besides they contain B vitamins and iron.
100 gramschicken without skin provides 210 calories. 22 grams proteins. 9
grams fat and no carbohydrates.
100 grams pomfrat fish contains 87 calories . No carbohydrates, contain 22
