Our Skin care and hair are the mirror of our good health. Everyone wants to have the long shining and lustrous hair,

nail extensions. If you’ve ever worn nail extensions, you’ll be aware that after a while they begin to look a bit tired and out of shape. Well, here I’m going to show you how to transform them in between having them re-balanced (filled in), by doing it yourself.

Firstly, you need to decide on how long you want your nails, then cut them down to the appropriate length. Then, file and buff each nail until it is nice and smooth and ready for polishing.

Experiment with different colours, try choosing two colours that compliment each other, like creams and bronzes or silver and grey.

Then all you need to do is apply the lighter colour to the nail first, followed by the darker colour to the tip of each nail. Always apply a topcoat to finish, so that it protects the polish and preserves your creation.

The right way to apply cleansers and creams on your face is in an upward and outward movement.

The skin should not be stretched, dragged or pulled. Leave the cleanser on for a minute or two so as to loosen the dirt and make up. Remove it either using a cotton wool or with a tissue paper, again using an upward and out ward movement. Finally rinse with water.
