Stress is a very common word today, used alomost daily by millions of people

the world over. It is not possible to provide the exact number or percentage of people suffering from 'stress related diseases' in india, their age break-up, duration of each episode, length of time since they have been suffering etc. But it is definitely a wide spread phenomenon.

Today, more than two third of the patients in general medicine comprise those suffering from stress related diseases, i.e.
