These muscles are deep and take time to strengthen. Allow a few weeks to see and improvement in stamina as well as your sex life (see also Prolopse) Keep your bladder on the move, too, by urinating as frequently as possible and drinking plenty of water. If worried about holding your load, say during a long meeting or while traveling. Remember to empty yourself at the last possible opportunity and only drink water, avoiding alcohol or caffeine which will cause pressure on the bladder.
