All diets promote one type of food to be eaten while outlawing others. But then there are the food – combining diets, whose main principle is that you should never eat carbohydrates ( pasta, bead, rice, potatoes and so on ) in the same meal as proteins ( meat, fish, some dairy products beans and so on ).
