Will a breast reduction get rid of stretch marks?

Stretch marks on the skin that was surgically removed will be gone.  The remaining stretch marks are flattened out because the skin over the breasts has been tightened.  This makes them less obvious but does not eliminate them in fibrocystic disease.

Will the breasts become smaller with weight loss?

Breast reduction surgery and If breasts of normal size become quite large with weight gain, weight loss significantly reduces their volume. 

As a general rule, though, most women with marked breast enlargement due to weight gain report that their breasts were always large even when they were slimmer. 

In these women weight reduction has a minimal effect on the overall breast size.

Prices vary between $1,500 and $6,000, the cost being dependent on the extent of the problem, where the surgery is done, and the surgeon.

BREASTS THAT DROOP

When breast volume and tone are lost, the breast becomes droopy an unattractive. 

The upper part of the breast is flattened in a pancake-like fashion and the nipple and areolar complex droop below the inframammary crease, frequently pointing to the floor. 

There is, as well, an excess amount of skin, often marked with striae.

Droopy breasts may occur in young girls if the breast substance is poorly developed and in women who have undergone weight loss, pregnancy, or breast-feeding. 

This may be further exacerbated by the natural aging process and the pull of gravity.  In fact, these last two factors alone may be the cause of droopy breasts.
