weight loss exercise : Before you start any diet or exercise plan i need to lose weight quickly without exercise, get a small notebook and record the following:

1. The time you eat each meal.

2. What you ate and drank at each meal.  Be specific, including amounts in weight loss diet.

3.  Estimate portion sizes:
            a. Your fist size is about one-half cup of pasta, rice or vegetables in weight loss diet.

            b. Weight loss diet and Your palm size is about 3-4 ounces of protein.

4. Where were you when you ate? At home, at work, at a party, etc.

5. Were you hungry?

6. Were you stressed, relaxed, bored, angry or guilty?

7. Record physical activity for that day.

8. Weight yourself only one time a week.

After a week or two, look back over your entries to see what type of eater you are.  This is a self-test, with no grades and no wrong answers:

1. Are you eating two, three or four meals a day?

2. Do you snack regularly?

3. How long do you go between meals or snacks?

4. Are you eating because you are hungry or bored, angry or guilty?

5. Do certain emotions trigger binge snack-food eating?

6. Are you eating healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean protein and whole grain products?                           

7. Are you eating junk foods that are high in fat and calories?

8. How many calories are you eating daily, and how much fat and sugar do you consume?

10. Are you getting any exercise at all?

11. Are you eating while watching TV or at the computer?
