Back strength exercise

EXERCISE 1; Back exercise for shaply

Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1’ to 1 ½’ between your two feet.  Keep both your arms hanging along your sides in line with the shoulders.

Now extend your right arm downward and left arm upward as shown in the picture, and tilt your body to the right.  Soon afterwards do this action in the reverse order, i.e., tilt your body to the left and extend your right arm upward and left arm downward.  Repeat both the actions ten times each.

Gain: This exercise reduces the fat from the waist and makes it slim and shapely in the Back in shape with exercise.

EXERCISE 2: Back strength exercise 

Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1’ to 1 ½’ between your two feet.  Bend forward from the waist. 

Keep your back straight.  Keep both your arms hanging from above.  Now extend them to the dies, keep them for ten seconds in that position and slowly bring them down.  Repeat this action ten times.

Gain: This Back strength exercise reduces the fat from the shoulders and the back.

EXERCISE 3:

Stand erect keeping a distance of about 1’ to 1 ½’ between your two feet.  Now keep your body steady and rotate your head. Rotate it five times in the clockwise direction and five times in the anti-clockwise direction.

In all, move your head thirty times. While rotating your head, every time try to tilt it as much you can. Perform these actions slowly otherwise it might cause giddiness.

Gain: This Back strength exercise reduced the fat from around the neck in the Back in shape with exercise.

Walking

Walking is said to be one of the best exercises for losing weight. The percentage of fat burning is around the 55% ** mark, however as with all exercises it really depends on the intensity of effort.

Walking not only burns a good proportion of stored fat it can also burn a large amount of calories especially performed for longer durations and at a brisk pace.
