Strict workout regimes suit some supermodels and not others, confirming my theory that the world is divided into those who enjoy exercise and those who prefer to watch them in the diet and exercise. If you’ve jointed because you feel a bit guilty after a Christmas blowout, you won’t stay the course if it makes you feel bored, guilty, pressurized or resentful, however much you think you will, Convincing excuses will somehow pop into your head, forcing you to miss session after session. This is because your subconscious mind doesn’t think of the form of exercise you’ve chosen as fun and a positive experience, so it sabotages your conscious attempts to get to the gym, making it very difficult to motivate yourself. Sticking with exercise is as much to do with your head as your body in the diet and weight loss.
