Juices made purely from green-leafed vegetables are so strong they can cause nausea and headaches and should be diluted with water or fruit juice and sipped very slowly. If you feel sluggish or out of sorts, simply increase your still water intake from the moment you get up in the morning all through the day, cut out rubbish food and empty calories from your diet, elbow caffeine and alcohol, and make green vegetables and salads the central part of each meal outside of breakfast until you feel perkier. Eating vegetables whole gives you the benefit of fibre that juicing doesn’t. If you have a spare, non – active weekend and you’ve been working or playing hard, it’s not a bad idea to cleanse your system gently in the weight loss nutrition.
